Pumpguard I™

A premium thin-film PTFE (fluoropolymer resin bonded) coating, two-coat finish with superior non-stick properties. Pioneered to protect metal substrates against wear, galling, friction and corrosion caused by extreme sand and silica service conditions. Impregnating into the metal, this coating prevents operational plugging, inhibits galvanic response, reduces nuclei site formation, and dramatically improves corrosion resistance. This superior coating has proven itself as an exceptional release against downwell sand and silica service. Its chemical matrix bonds equally well to ferrous and non-ferrous materials, thereby enabling most industrial applications the flexibility to work in materials suited to their specific requirements.

Operates very efficiently in extreme temperature environments. The thermosetting resins in this innovative coating enable it to perform in both a cryogenic and high temperature setting. Coated parts exhibit strength and non-stick properties, remaining highly flexible in demanding industrial use.

Pumpguard II™

Pumpguard IV™

A thin-film fluoropolymer coating which has been authenticated for its remarkable barrier capabilities and maximizing the run-life of various components in some of the most severe service wells all across the globe. It exhibits self lubricating and non-stick properties with the flexibility of single or multiple coat applications on tight-tolerance parts in critical applications. Can be applied for internal and external protection against the utmost rigid and sour environments. This coating contains unique engineered additives that have excellent non-wetting features and outstanding non stick / release properties. It also has superb mold release characteristics across a very wide spectrum of contacting polymers. Recommended services are H2S and CO2, high chloride content, chemical & refining sectors, injection wells, brine service

Pumpguard V™

A pioneered resin bonded, one-coat finish with industrial non-stick properties. This thin-coat system is formulated specifically for high pressure environments and chemical wear applications. Pumpguard V™ employs unique chemistry that provides a bonded lubricant (MOS2) for bearing surfaces subjected to extreme pressure up to 150,000 psi. Permits engineers to specify protective enhancement without affecting critical tolerances in their designs.

This thin, hard coating remains functional under extreme environments because its dual lubricants are evenly distributed in the most durable, thermoset polymer available. By impregnating metal, Pumpguard V™ inhibits galvanic response, reduces nuclei site formation, and improves corrosion resistance.

Pumpguard VI™

A premier PVDF coating system designed to provide chemical protection for rubber and plastic substrates operating in hostile environments. Engineered for petrochemical immersion service, this flexible coating acts as an aggressive barrier to prevent chemical attack from such elements as H2S, Cl, DI Water, and other common well fluids and by-products.

Pumpguard VI™ creates a protective membrane that allows part expansion and pitch without creating a brittle or rough finish.

Pumpguard VII™

Differs from traditional fluoropolymer coatings in one important aspect – it is a composite material. Lubricants with the lowest known coefficient of friction are combined in a matrix with the newest high temperature organic polymers. United these materials form “plastic alloys” with highly beneficial advantages. Excellent chemical resistance and is an internally reinforced version providing superior abrasion resistance where high levels of wear are experienced. It is a solvent-borne, dry-film lubricant for any wear surface to reduce friction, prevent scoring and galling and provide secondary lubrication in the event of failure of the primary (conventional) lubricant.

Advantages of this product has been specifically designed for applications where components experience high levels of wear. Coating these components will increase their work life. Laboratory tests show product provides five times more abrasion resistance than standard Teflon while still providing excellent chemical resistance and superb low friction properties. Should be used in applications where high levels of abrasion resistance and low friction are required.

Pumpguard VIII™

A premium resin bonded, multi-step coating process that creates an extremely durable (with post process machinable similar to nylon 6), chemical resistant, and electric-reducing application. This specially developed coating system protects metal substrates against extreme wear, corrosion, and impact resistance at ambient and sub-ambient temperatures. With its ability to lower the coefficient of friction Pumpguard VIII™ can provide superior performance in aggressive environments, where chemical attack is a significant factor. Custom engineering designs enable this robust coating system to achieve a surface that is up to four times harder than a traditional fluoropolymer application and provides excellent tensile and flexural strength, adding superior wear-related properties.

Pumpguard IX™

Designed for extreme heat and harsh chemical environments. Ideal for high pressure, low speed applications.
